The ground floor is open space with private bathroom. It is composed by a living, conversation area, TV, large kitchen with kitchen island and wine cooler, and an independent living area. All necessary cooking accessories and utensils are at guest’s disposal.
The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of a suite with sitting room and own bathroom, and a large double bedroom with private bathroom.

The SPA is located in the underground level, has been thought to allow both physical activities and relax. It includes an indoor swimming pool with overhanging glass, heated and equipped for swimming against the current, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a Jacuzzi, and a small gym with equipment.
The outdoor swimming pool has a gradual slope so the depth of the water differs. It is surrounded by greenery and always catches the sun. in the proximity of the pool there are a gazebo and a discreet porch, where to sit in the shade and relax.
